Acceptable Use Policy

Every domain on this service shares one sending reputation with us. This policy exists so that one bad actor cannot poison deliverability for everyone else — including you.

Never allowed

Spam: bulk unsolicited mail, purchased lists, or mail to recipients who did not ask for it.
Phishing, impersonation, or forged sender information.
Distributing malware or links to it.
Illegal content or activity of any kind.
Attempting to bypass sending limits, authentication, or the staged sending system.

How enforcement works

New domains start inbound-only and earn sending capability in stages as their DNS and behavior check out.
Rate limits apply during probation; recipients who bounce or complain are suppressed automatically.
Violations lead to sending suspension (incoming mail keeps working) and, for serious or repeated abuse, termination.

Reporting abuse

If you receive abusive mail from any domain hosted here, forward it with headers to abuse@linkedpool.com. We read every report.
