Will our mail actually reach Gmail and Outlook inboxes?

Yes — that's the core of what you're paying for. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured automatically, and delivery is verified continuously by live probes that send real mail through the system and check it arrives authenticated. Your own domain's DMARC reports are readable inside the portal, so you can watch it working.

What happens to our mail if the server has a problem?

Internet mail is built for this: sending servers retry for days, so an outage delays mail rather than losing it. Your messages live in S3-compatible object storage designed for durability, we take nightly backups, and any single mailbox can be restored on request — a procedure we drill for real, not assume.

Can some addresses stay with our current provider?

Yes. Any address on your domain can be forwarded to an outside mailbox, so you can move people over gradually — or keep a few addresses where they are indefinitely while the rest live here.

Do you read or scan our email?

No. No ads, no profiling, no content mining — automated processing happens only for delivery, filtering you configure, and features you invoke. See the Privacy Policy for the plain-language version.

How hard is migrating from our current provider?

You give the portal IMAP credentials for the old mailboxes; the migration engine pulls full history with folders, flags and dates preserved while your old service keeps running. Then DNS flips and new mail arrives here. Nothing is lost and there's no downtime.

What if we outgrow our plan — or need something unusual?

Mailbox counts change any time from the portal, prorated fairly on the next invoice. For unusual shapes — hundreds of mailboxes, special limits, dedicated onboarding — ask for a custom quote.
