The short version

We host your email; we do not read it, mine it, profile you with it, or show ads. Automated processing happens only to deliver mail, apply the filtering you configure, and provide features you invoke.

What we store

Your mail and calendar data — stored in durable object storage so we can deliver it to you. Backed up nightly.
Account data — mailbox addresses, display names, hashed passwords, quotas, settings.
Billing data — your signup details, plan, invoices, and payment status.
Operational logs — connection and delivery logs (IP addresses, timestamps, message IDs — not message content), kept for security and troubleshooting, then rotated.

What we never do

Sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Scan message content for advertising or profiling.
Send your data anywhere it does not need to go to deliver your mail.

Who can see what

Your domain's administrators manage its mailboxes and settings through the portal. Our operators access account metadata for support, and message content only when you explicitly ask us to (for example, a restore request) or where the law requires.

Your rights

You can export your mail at any time in standard formats, correct your account data in the portal, and have your data deleted by terminating service. For anything else: support@linkedpool.com.
